Mr. Campbell is
a proven business leader with extensive experience in the
administration, finance, management, and technical elements
required to lead operational, profit motive business units with
contracts that cover federal, state, and local governments along
with commercial clients which support the same. As founder and CEO
of two corporations with advanced technology and engineering as
their primary focus, Mr. Campbell has provided his skills in the
management and technical leadership of senior professional and non
professional staff. Mr. Campbell has lead the technical aspects of
research, development, systems integration and product transition
of advanced knowledge discovery, content mediation, analytics,
e-commerce, security, and collaboration solutions. His operational
and financial management experience has served to attract industry
leaders as employees, grow profit centers, and to raise investment
capital at ratios of over ten to one in the post “.com” era.
Mr. Campbell was responsible as the lead technologist and inventor
of advanced technology development and patent submissions of over
eight patents in the field of search and content management. His
technology and consultation as a senior subject-matter expert has
supported governments and industry in advanced intelligence
community (IC)-oriented innovation and technology program
management. Mr. Campbell has also been instrumental in
transitioning these technologies and applications into the law
enforcement, commercial finance, sports, and gaming industries.
Mr. Campbell is the inventor of the BI Solution Secure Virtual
Collaboration (SVC) Space which serves as an architectural
framework for peer to peer, one to many, many to one, man to
machine, and machine to man collaboration tools, methodology, and
governance within a Service Orientated Architectural (SOA)
infrastructure and application framework. Mr. Campbell is the lead
consultant on Renewable and Sustainable Energy to government and
industry clients related to governance, policy, programmatics,
procedures, rate audits, risk assessment, information security,
billing records tracking; and case management and reporting. |
