Ms Jackson was responsible for identifying, proposing and implementing solutions for significant programs that involved key training programs of the U.S. Secret Service. She served on panels and committees with key personnel to recognize areas requiring change, to serve as benchmarks to maximize resources and reduce inefficiencies. Ms. Jackson developed strategies and proposals in support of law enforcement training and regularly assessed in formulating the policies, procedures, methods, and systems used by the Service and their impact on international training. Her responsibility included but was not limited to reviewing training procurement requests for compliance and financial accountability and monitored action to completion.
