Ms. Fryar is the BI Solutions Director of Federal Acquisition and serves as a senior manager for contracts, finance, and technical support services on the company’s largest contract vehicle supporting the Veterans Administration Next Generation Financial Management system. She has previously supported the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Transition Management Office (TMO) with services ranging from program/project management and business analysis support to transition/facilitation/training and documentation services. She has over 20 years of experience in acquisition and management for all phases of Federal Government Contracts (presolicitation, proposal development, contract start up, contract monitoring, contract closeout). Ms. Fryar has provided program, contract and financial administration for Fixed Priced, Time & Material, Performanced Based, and Cost Plus Contracts, and serves as a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She has managed projects at CMM Level 3 involving teams of Systems Engineers and Application Developers and has strong business management skills with proven experience in Earned Value Management (EVM). Her strong analytical, communication and organizational skills coupled with her ability to successfully motivate program teams to achieve defined deliverables serves as one of her best assets. She has successfully managed multiple-disciplinary teams using ISO 9001:2000 processes and currently holds an active Top Secret Clearance
