Benefits

Medical / Dental Program

The company offers a comprehensive medical plan, which provides employees and their covered dependents with major medical inpatient and outpatient services. The plan is a PPO plan. A Dental PPO plan is also available for dental needs.
Employees have the option of employee only, employee plus one dependent or family coverage for both medical and dental coverage. The employee and the company share the cost of coverage. Your cost for coverage is paid on a pre-tax basis, which will reduce your taxable income.

Flexible Spending Account
The company offers Flexible Spending Accounts for Health Care and Dependent Day Care expenses. Employees may enroll in one or both of the Flexible Spending Accounts. Flexible Spending Accounts provide employees with a way to pay for certain expenses with tax-free dollars.

401(k) Savings Plan
The company offers the ability for all full and part-time employees to enroll in a 401(k) Savings Plan. Employees may elect to contribute, on a pre-tax basis, up to 50% (subject to IRS restrictions) of their base salary. Employee's age 50 and over are eligible to participate in a catch-up provision and contribute extra money on top of the IRS maximum. The Plan is comprised of different investment vehicles, including mutual funds and different portfolio options.

Leave Programs
Employees begin accruing vacation immediately after their date of hire. In addition, employees accrue sick leave as well. The company celebrates 10 Federal holidays. Other leave programs include Bereavement, Jury Duty and Military Leave.

Staff development
The company provides employees the opportunity to receive technical/job-related training with management approval. The program includes education assistance, professional/technical society memberships, and various training programs.

Additional Benefits
Performance Awards
The management frequently rewards outstanding individual employee performance by presentation of cash bonuses and non-cash awards.

Employee Referral Bonus Program:
The company provides cash bonuses to eligible employees whose referral results in filling a recruiting vacancy. This is determined by the Human Resources Department for each critical position.

Direct Deposit
The company will provide a Direct Deposit Service as requested by the employee.
