Positions

Position: Oracle Applications Functional Analysts

Education: B.A. or B.S. degree.
Basic Experience:
   Sr. Functional Analyst: At least 9 years ERP implementation experience; at least 2 full life-cycle implementations.
Journeyman Functional Analyst: At least 4 years ERP implementation experience; at least 1 full life-cycle implementation.
   Jr. Functional Analyst: Up to 4 years ERP implementation experience; training or experience in Oracle modules and/or project implementation methodologies.

Specialized Experience: Hands-on experience implementing Oracle Financials and related applications, preferably in a public sector environment. Knowledge of public sector accounting policies and system requirements, and experience with Oracle Budget, Procure-to-Pay, or Core Accounting. Able to define customer requirements, processes flows, and configure ERP system to meet customer requirements. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) a big plus.

Duties:
Will serve as a member or team leader of a large public sector Oracle ERP implementation team. Will work with others team members to define requirements; interact with client team members; configure the applications; participate in unit, system, and integration testing; plan and execute cut-over; and provide post-implementation support. May be asked to provide preliminary configurations and lead client discussions in a Conference Room Pilot (CRP) mode. Must be able to grasp interrelationships between financial management requirements and automated solutions, considering the current system environment and the potential integration of other systems. Must be able to complete tasks in the timeframe specified by the client, and assist in the preparation of milestone status reports and presentations for team members and clients.

Other Requirements:
Must have strong writing skills (writing examples may be requested), as well as good oral communication skills.
